Our 7-night flight-inclusive packages start at $1,590 per person for the Affordable tier. Premium is $1,790 and Luxury is $1,890. The fixed monthly departures run from $1,790 to $2,690 depending on which month you pick, and an Umrah + International trip starts at $2,090. Every one of those figures is per person on quad occupancy, meaning four people sharing a room. Travelling as a three, or as a couple? Triple and double rooms are quoted on request.

Advertised prices are per person based on four people sharing a room, which the industry calls quad occupancy. On our monthly departures, triple occupancy adds $200 per person and double occupancy adds $400 per person. That is the whole rule. Tell us how many of you are travelling and who needs to be in a room together, and we'll confirm your exact per-person price rather than leaving you to work it out from a table.

Our advertised prices are built on round-trip airfare from five gateways: JFK (New York), IAD (Washington), ORD (Chicago), ATL (Atlanta) and LAX (Los Angeles). If none of those is your home airport, it is not a problem. We can arrange departures from any US city. Additional airfare may apply on some routes, and your specialist will confirm the exact cost before you book, so nothing about the price changes after you have said yes.

By train. Every package includes a seat on the Haramain high-speed line between Makkah and Madinah, along with assisted transfers at either end, so you are met at the stations, the airports and your hotels rather than left to find your own way. The journey itself takes about two and a half hours in air-conditioned comfort. It is a far gentler way to cover that distance than a long road transfer, and most pilgrims arrive with enough left in them to pray.

Yes, and we mean end-to-end. Your Umrah e-visa and the Nusuk permits you need are processed by us as part of the package, and medical insurance is included in the price. What we need from you is your passport and a short list of documents. Everything after that is ours to sort out. You never have to log into a Saudi government portal, guess at a form field, or wonder whether something has been approved.

Yes. Payments run through secure, encrypted processing, and we would far rather tell you exactly which protections apply to your booking than wave at the subject in general terms. Ask your specialist which financial safeguards and accreditations cover your particular package. We'll put the answer in writing before you pay anything. Getting that in writing is worth doing with any agency, not only with us.

Ramadan yes, Hajj not this season. Our Ramadan 1448 programme is on sale now: three departures, ten nights each, five in Makkah and five in Madinah. You can take the first ashra from 7 February, the second from 16 February, or the last ten nights and Eid from 26 February. The two February departures are $1,990 per person on quad occupancy and the last ten nights are $2,690. Fixed-date group departures run right through the rest of the year too, and that calendar is on our monthly departures page. Hajj is the different one. Our next Hajj season is still being finalised, so nothing is on sale for it yet and we will not quote a price we cannot hold.

Yes, and family Umrah is a large part of what we do. Connecting rooms where the hotel can give them, and a pace that works when there are grandparents and small children in the same party. We also run group departures with a dedicated leader for the whole party, which suits masjid groups and extended families particularly well.
